Product Liability:
We are liable for damages caused by us only in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. We assume no liability for improper use of the product or for indirect or consequential damages.

Products:
We sell dog carry bags and related accessories as described on the Shop. Product descriptions, images, and sizing information are provided in good faith; minor deviations in color or material (e.g. due to screen display) may occur.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF). Doggyduffle falls under the VAT exemption for small businesses. We do not charge VAT in Switzerland and prices shown do not include EU import VAT or customs duties. Depending on the value of your order, EU VAT and/or a customs handling fee may be collected by the delivery carrier or customs authority at the time of import, before or upon delivery. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price valid at the moment you place your order applies to that order.
Delivery:
We aim to ship orders within 5 business days. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines, unless expressly stated otherwise. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon handover to the carrier, in accordance with Swiss law (Art. 185 CO), unless you are a consumer purchasing for private use, in which case risk passes on delivery to you.
Returns & Refunds policy:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 10 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 10 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 10 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Damaged goods
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law. Consumers may also bring claims at their place of residence where mandatory law so provides.
Changes to These Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
